Cineva
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This page is our externally published standard describing how Cineva prohibits, prevents, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Cineva (“the App”) is a watch-together service for adults and young people who are legally allowed to use the App. This page sets out our publicly published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
We have zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or use of Cineva that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
These standards apply to the Cineva Android app, related web features at aqilhex.com/cinema, and any supporting infrastructure we operate for rooms, voice chat, and shared media playback.
They apply to all users, invite links, uploaded or linked media, and voice communication within rooms.
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Creating, possessing, sharing, streaming, linking to, or seeking child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
• Using Cineva rooms, voice chat, invite links, or uploads to groom, exploit, solicit, or otherwise harm children.
• Sharing sexual content involving anyone under 18, including AI-generated or fictional depictions of minors.
• Attempting to circumvent room, hosting, or safety controls in order to engage in CSAE-related activity.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal of access where we can do so, preservation of relevant evidence when required, and reporting to appropriate authorities or hotlines as required by law.
Cineva is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in a user’s country). Users who are below the applicable age must not use the App.
Users must not invite or involve children in rooms where content or conversation is inappropriate for them.
We take the following measures to reduce CSAE risk in the App:
• No public discovery browse of all rooms; joining generally requires knowing a room name or invite link.
• Room sizes are limited to small groups to reduce mass anonymous distribution.
• Temporary media hosting for shared watching is short-lived and not intended as permanent file hosting for illicit material.
• We may suspend, block, or terminate rooms, uploads, or access when we become aware of abuse.
• We review reports and take action as quickly as reasonably possible.
If you encounter or suspect child sexual abuse or exploitation connected to Cineva, report it immediately:
• Email: hello@aqilhex.com (subject line preferably: “CSAE Report”)
• Telegram: https://t.me/aqil_es
Please include the room name/link, approximate time, and any other details that help us locate the issue. Do not intentionally redistribute CSAM when reporting.
You may also report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org/ or to local law enforcement in your country.
We comply with applicable laws regarding child sexual abuse material and related offenses.
Where required, we will preserve and provide information to competent authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
We will remove confirmed CSAM and related accounts/use of the service when identified.
