Cineva (“the App”), including its name, branding, website pages at aqilhex.com/cinema, user interface, software, design, and related materials, is owned by Aqilhex (“we”, “us”, or “our”) unless otherwise stated.

You may use Cineva only as provided through our official apps and website. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App’s software or branding except as allowed by applicable law or with our prior written permission.

“Cineva”, “Aqilhex”, and related logos or marks are trademarks or trade names of Aqilhex. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our permission.

Cineva lets you paste video links or upload temporary video files for shared playback in a room. You are solely responsible for the content you share, link to, or upload.

By adding content to a room, you represent that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to share and stream that content with the people in the room, and that doing so does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

We do not claim ownership of the videos or links you provide. Temporary uploads are hosted only to enable short-lived watch-together sessions and are not intended as permanent storage or public hosting.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. Do not upload, link to, or stream content you are not allowed to share.

If you believe material available through Cineva infringes your copyright, please send a notice that includes:

• Your name and contact information (email preferred).

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

• The room name, URL, or other information reasonably sufficient to locate the material.

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Where appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the reported material and limit access for responsible rooms or users.

Videos hosted on third-party sites remain subject to those sites’ terms and copyright rules. Linking to or playing third-party media in Cineva does not transfer any rights to you or to us.

Cineva may use third-party infrastructure (hosting, realtime signaling, storage, delivery). Those providers retain their own rights in their services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Cineva for personal, non-commercial watch-together sessions, subject to our policies and applicable law.

This license does not include any right to scrape, abuse, overload, or interfere with the service, or to use Cineva to redistribute copyrighted works without authorization.

We may update this Copyright Notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of Cineva after an update means you accept the revised notice.
